Shipping policy

All products are custom made. Custom orders (depending on size) average 4-12 weeks. Generic online sales average 10-14 days to process. Once items are processed, they will ship to address provided. Once items are in the hands or the shipper, we are no longer responsible for delays or lost items however we will work with you and the shipper to reclaim items.
